Attorney Kim Do-yeop is an IT and telecommunications specialist attorney at Kim & Chang, handling personal data, data governance, and AI regulation matters. He has advised hospitals and other medical institutions on the use of healthcare data, pseudonymization, building data governance for medical AI services, and overseas data transfers. He currently serves as Advisory Attorney and Pseudonymized Information Expert for the Personal Information Protection Commission, and as an Adjunct Professor at Korea University’s Graduate School of Information Security. He also holds certifications as an ISMS-P Certification Auditor and a Personal Information Impact Assessment (PIA) Professional.
